Today’s incredibly casual look is the last thing I wore before coming down with the flu for the past six days. It was the best comfy ensemble for running last minute errands before leaving for fashion week… or rather, before spending the next six days in the fetal position hugging a box of ritz crackers beneath every blanket my spouse could find in the San Francisco Bay area. Get a flu shot, y’all.
I featured a similar oversized chunky Everlane sweater in this post recently, and after wearing that one non-stop, I had to give this burgundy appeal a try. If you follow me on instagram or snapchat, you know I pretty much haven’t taken it off lately.
My faux leather leggings were included in this post a couple months ago, and they’ve also been an off-duty staple that’s on constant rotation. Throwing them on with over-the-knee boots (sooo lots of good ones on sale here!) and an oversized sweater is my favorite easy dinner ensemble. A step up from regular leggings, the leather elevates the look without sacrificing comfort. Win-win.
